The Vulcano 2000 is a universal-size mask, compliant with EN 140:1998 regulations under EU Regulation 2016/425.
t is ideal for use in painting, in agricultural, in D.I.Y, in woodworking and the metallurgical and mechanical industries.
Compatible with filters Milla Series 2000 Bayonet and Series 2500 Bayonet Compact, with bayonet connection, the Vulcano 2000 half-mask provides protection against fine and coarse dust, fumes, mists,combinations of gases and dust, ensuring excellent safety performance.
ORONASAL:
Facepiece made of soft TPE and polypropylene with injection overmolding technology. The innovative production process ensures an optimal seal and perfect ergonomics, providing adaptability to every face shape, comfort, and lightweight design.
CONNECTION:
Two quick bayonet attachments for even weight distribution and improved visibility without interfering with the field of vision.

CENTRAL SHIELD:
The outer shield protects the central silicone exhalation valve and balances the pressure on the face, ensuring maximum stability and compactness during use, along with high levels of durability. The design of the Vulcano 2000 is attractive, modern, and innovative.
HEAD HARNESS:
Headgear attached to the rigid body of the mask at four points with quick adjustment. Made from soft, conforming material, it is fully compatible with other PPE and adapts to all head shapes.

STORAGE AND USAGE LIMITATIONS:
Store at temperatures between -20 and +50°C with relative humidity below 80%.
Filter devices should not be used in environments with oxygen concentrations lower than 17% by volume.
CLEANING AND REPLACEMENT:
The Vulcano 2000 alf mask is easily disassembled and reassembled,
allowing for thorough sanitization after each use. The mask can be cleaned with mild soap.
It's also possible to replace both the exhalation and inhalation valves, as well as the headgear.
