The 5002 Half Mask is a filtering facepiece suitable for multiple work shifts, compliant with EN 405:2001+A1:2009 and EU Regulation 2016/425..
Part of 5000 series, it is a ready-to-use device (FFA2P3 R D version) designed to ensure maximum protection against particulates, gases, and hazardous vapors in high-risk work environments.
It combines the practicality of a disposable filtering facepiece with the high level of protection typical of reusable devices, making it an ideal solution for professionals in sectors such as painting, agriculture, DIY, woodworking, sanitation, and pest control.
FACEPIECE:
The filtering facepiece with valves is made of soft thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), a material that ensures long-lasting comfort, durability, and a perfect fit to the face.
The ergonomic oronasal design covers the nose, mouth, and chin, providing a stable and comfortable seal in all conditions, even in the presence of humidity or head movements.
The Ibreathing mechanism is engineered for maximum efficiency: inhaled air passes through the filter material and inhalation valves, while exhaled air is quickly expelled through the exhalation valve, maintaining a consistently high air quality.
Since the half mask must be disposed of at the end of the gas filter’s service life, exhalation valve replacement is not required, although it can be replaced if necessary.

The 5002 half mask is equipped with two built-in combined filters in the FFA2P3 R D version, , designed to provide complete protection against dust and gases in various work environments.
Thanks to the combination of filtering materials, these filters effectively capture solid and liquid particles as well as specifically indicated gases and vapors, ensuring a high level of respiratory protection.

HEAD HARNESS:
Adjustable 4-strap harness for a secure and stable fit.
The Up & Down system allows the mask to be lowered without removing the headgear, while the adjustable straps ensure excellent facial adaptability and a reliable seal in any working condition.

STORAGE AND USAGE LIMITATIONS:
Store the device at a temperature between -10 °C and +50 °C, with relative humidity below 80%.
Filter-based PPE is not suitable for use in environments with an oxygen concentration below 17% by volume.
CLEANING AND REPLACEMENT:
The half mask 5002 is ready to use. Designed for limited reuse, it is made from materials resistant to external agents and compatible with the cleaning and disinfection procedures specified in the user instructions.
After use, it can be easily cleaned, sanitized with mild soap, and stored in the resealable case for maximum hygiene and safety.
Since the device is disposed of at the end of the filter’s useful life, the exhalation valves are not designed to be replaced, although they can be swapped if necessary.
